The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the billing address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation using Royal Mail, First class, Tracked, Special Delivery or International Signed for. If your delivery address is outside of United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Technomobiles  advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
Processing of orders
Technomobiles amazon , Sage Pay or Paypal account will debit customer’s account on the day of purchase. All prices include sales taxes (VAT) (where applicable) and no charge is made for shipping (For free Delivery Items only) unless otherwise stated. Processing of pre-orders may begin earlier than the release date to ensure that orders can be shipped to you in time for the release date.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed as being performed in United Kingdom. United Kingdom’s law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the Site. Technomobiles aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock, we are experiencing a high volume of orders, during Christmas busy season or the item is in last stock (end of line) not in adequate quality waiting for new delivery from our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable/end of line and the current stock status is approximate. Technomobiles are not able to supply dates our suppliers/distributors may get an item in stock. Returns & Replacements

Right to Cancel – Return of unwanted or defective Items
You may cancel the contract & return the item at any time but no later than 14 working days after the day you received the product.

Where you have already received the goods, following our returns authorization procedure – by contacting Technomobiles by email or phone. We will provide you with a returns authorization number along with details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and include the original invoice along with your returns authorization number. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Items that are excluded from the right to cancel/return include the following:
Goods made to specification or otherwise personalized, unsealed optical media (such as DVD’s, CD’s, Blu-rays, video games and computer software); leisure services or other activities in the form of vouchers that have expired; used hard drives and Headphones (Due to hygienic issues).

We will refund your credit/debit card via Amazon, PayPal or Sage pay once we have received and processed the item as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Technomobiles or if you fail to return the goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrectly Sent, Incorrectly Advertised Items.
 In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity, model or colour to that stated on your order form, Technomobiles shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Please follow our returns authorization procedure by contacting Technomobiles by email or phone. We will email you a returns authorization number along with details on how and where to send your item. Please notify Technomobiles of the problem in writing as soon as possible and preferably within 14 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Multi-buy items: Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be returned to us if they are damaged or defective. We are able to offer you a replacement for any qualifying multi-buy items (subject to availability). Due to the nature of these promotions, we cannot offer you a refund for the main or qualifying item alone.

Test of returned items: We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre or item has been (accidental or liquid damaged by the customer) we will return the item back to you and you will be liable for the postage. We advise you to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused. However, you can still return the unwanted items within 14 days from the date of purchase at your own return postal cost.
