Right to Cancel – Return of unwanted or defective Items
You may cancel the contract & return the item at any time but no later than 14 working days after the day you received the product.

Sending the notice of cancellation by email ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number.

Where you have already received the goods, following our returns authorization procedure – by contacting Technomobiles by email or phone. We will provide you with a returns authorization number along with details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and include the original invoice along with your returns authorization number. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Items that are excluded from the right to cancel/return include the following:
Goods made to specification or otherwise personalized, unsealed optical media (such as DVD’s, CD’s, Blu-rays, video games and computer software); leisure services or other activities in the form of vouchers that have expired; used hard drives and Headphones (Due to hygienic issues).

We will refund your credit/debit card via Amazon, PayPal or Sage pay once we have received and processed the item as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Technomobiles or if you fail to return the goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrectly Sent, Incorrectly Advertised Items.
 In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity, model or colour to that stated on your order form, Technomobiles shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Please follow our returns authorization procedure by contacting Technomobiles by email or phone. We will email you a returns authorization number along with details on how and where to send your item. Please notify Technomobiles of the problem in writing as soon as possible and preferably within 14 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Multi-buy items: Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be returned to us if they are damaged or defective. We are able to offer you a replacement for any qualifying multi-buy items (subject to availability). Due to the nature of these promotions, we cannot offer you a refund for the main or qualifying item alone.

Test of returned items: We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre or item has been (accidental or liquid damaged by the customer) we will return the item back to you and you will be liable for the postage. We advise you to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused. However, you can still return the unwanted items within 14 days from the date of purchase at your own return postal cost.
